  I see every day a gift in love and gratitude. An open book where I get to choose what brings me joy and peace.

  You will hear that you must kill the ego. Sort of an internal suicide . You will hear that you must meditate, understand scripture, be at one with the universe, practice vigilance, discover who you really are, and other profoundities that appeal to your mind. Such a strong belief that cause creates effect! Relax - none of this is necessary. Grace will come or it will not. All the rest is of no use at all.

In Buddhism,nirvana is achieved by extinction of individual lifeand the souls absorbtion into the supreme spirit.  seth says there is nothing more deadly than nirvana! Annhilation of your personality and individuality so expression is no longer exists destroys the integrity of your being. Run from this nirvana bliss!  (passage slightly changed to shorten)

But be cheerful: as you go through your life let go of all anxieties about your future; and instead, from day to day, allow yourself to be swept along by the mighty Tide of God's Inspiration. Don't battle against the Current. God has set down a pattern for your life and He has given you the power and intelligence to follow it.

When your at peace with yourself and you love your self, its virtually impossible for you to do things to yourself that are destructive.

When you get enough inner peace and feel really positive about yourself, its almost impossible for you to be controlled or manipulated by anyone else.

the more you extend kindness to yourself the more it will become your natural response to others

A secret of abundance is to stop focussing on what you do not have and shift your consciousness to an appreciation for all that you do have

No limit people are so in charge that theycan trust their instincts, be childlike, be creative and do anything that makes sense to them.

As you awaken you go beyond the need to perform and achieve when you go beyond it, you begin to develop an increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it. Love becomes what you are.
